The ski areas in the Ötztal
Sporty variety for even more winter experiences

Ski vacationers choose from the entire slope menu of the Ötztal. Because the Superskipass bundles them all: the most famous winter sports destinations in the Alps as well as the small but fine ski areas of the valley. In the “hotspot of the Alps” Sölden, the Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl lifts lead quickly and comfortably from the center of the village to almost infinite runs. Powdering and freeriding, on the other hand, are best in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl. The altitude, guaranteed snow and the most modern facilities complete the "Top Quality Skiing" on the extensive slopes of the rear Ötztal. But that's not all, the super ski pass also includes the family-friendly Hochoetz-Kühtai ski region at the entrance to the Ötztal and the smaller ski areas in Niederthai, Gries and Vent. Flexible and independent, the ticket allows you one thing above all - to experience winter in the Ötztal with all its diversity. You can get your ski pass, whether day or week, at all valley stations in the Ötztal and in every sports shop. Use the Ötztaler Superskipass. This gives you access to all lifts in the Ötztal 361 kilometers of slopes, 90 lifts and 6 ski areas (from 3 day passes)

Glittering prospects: Obergurgl-Hochgurgl

In Obergurgl-Hochgurgl at the far end of the Ötztal, one of the best and most snow-sure ski areas in Tyrol and the Alps is enthroned. The "Diamond of the Alps", as the tranquil mountain village with international flair proudly calls itself, draws its radiance from sunny slopes from 1,800 to 3,080 meters, modern mountain railways without waiting times and upscale hotels and mountain restaurants. Thanks to its altitude, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl is one of the first winter ski areas in Austria to open its 25 lifts and 112 kilometers of slopes for skiing, snowboarding and freeriding in mid-November - and guarantees the best conditions for winter holidays until the end of April. EXPERIENCE SUPERLATIVE  WINTER SPORTS: Sölden

The Sölden ski area is one of the most famous ski areas in the Alps. And with good reason to be among the best: Thanks to its altitude of 1,350 to 3,340 meters, two glaciers and modern snowmaking, there is reliable snow here from October to May. Highly comfortable mountain railways open up 144 km of freshly groomed slopes for every skill level and crisp variations for freeriders. But that's not all: The outstanding mountain gastronomy, the legendary après-ski and unique highlights in the ski area - such as 007 ELEMENTS or the BIG 3 rally - make every Sölden ski day an event.
